*** In order to register for either football or cheerleading, Please print out the Registration form along with the Release of Liability for a Minor form and submit along with a copy of your child's birth certificate. See either football or cheerleader letter for fees and mailing instructions. *** 

Before you write the check for registration please be advised... That Little Cards will impose a $30.00 charge for all returned checks. Should you need to make payment arrangements for registrations please contact Joyce Rabe @ 829-8968.
